Coffee & Tea

Packaging coffee as a “brick” is one of the most common ways to package coffee. It allows the product to stand unassisted on a retail shelf. Often the top of the bag is folded over or completely down into a brick shape and sealed. Another common way to package coffees and teas is with a flat top and a rounded, oval-shaped bottom, Doypack stand-up pouch.  Often with zippers for resealing, this coffee packaging bag type great for its convenience.

Beans & Dry Bulk

Beans and dry bulk goods are often packaged using a vertical flow-wrapper or a vertical Form-Fill-Seal machine (VFFS). VFFS packaging is made by forming film into a bag shape, filling it, then sealing the top and cutting it free whole forming the next bag.

Pasta

Dried Pastas are often packaged using a vertical flow-wrapper or a vertical Form-Fill-Seal machine (VFFS). Fresh pastas can be packaged in tray sealers or Rollstock thermoformers
