SR3620 - STACKER/COLLATOR

The SR3620 High Speed Pack Collator- tacker automatically stacks end of line packs up to a maximum height of 150mm. The system can be placed prior to your manual or automatic packing operation, to form part of an automatic ‘end of line’ packaging system.

Features

Twin belted infeed conveyor to generate the perfect product spacing prior to collation.
2-off vertically mounted indexing conveyors where the collation is formed.
Stepper driven, inertia friendly discharge conveyor to ensure stable stacks.
Outfeed conveyor, including stack restrictors to present stacks for automatic or manual boxing.
