TSHQ SERIES - QUAD SEAL VFFS

Fully Automatic High-Speed Stainless Steel Vertical Form-Fill-Seal machine VFFS for the handling of heat sealable packaging materials and light laminates of rollstock film. Rolls of material are pulled through a form and sealed to form the bag. The Multihead unit sits just above the VFFS machine. Products are weighed/portioned and dropped immediately into the bag. The bag is sealed and dropped onto the exit conveyor.

Horizontal jaw driven by a servo-motor, allowing the complete control of the sealing pressure, opening length distance and jaw mechanical position.
Two belt film pulling, SERVO driven
Rubber rollers make the first film pulling to beat the inertia and weight of the film roll, therefore the work of the rubber pulling belts is extremely soft, ensuring a longer life and greater stability in the operation.
Unwind bracket is independently mounted from the main frame with photo sensors for an automatic alignment of the film to ensure a correct vertical sealing, reducing the waste of material and reprocessing for vertical seal open
Multi-language Panel Control: English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese.
All operational parameters such as draw-down length, sealing time and speed are programmable.
Visualization of the main machine operations process: sealing temperature (rea / set), production speed, opening of the traction belts, alarms, bags counting and the selection of the main functions like manual operation, test mode, settings of the time and parameters.
